Training & Tuning
Need help starting your colt or teaching your broke horse a performance discipline? We can help! Kyrsten and David have extensive experience riding and training barrel and roping horses, and can assist with starting and seasoning your horse in barrel racing, poles, playday events, heading, heeling, or other disciplines.
We also start unbroke colts and put a foundation on them. Whether you just want your horse started so that you can finish him, or you'd like us to continue his education, we'd be happy to work with you.
Tune-Ups
If you have a horse that's been turned out a while, or one that you ride often but just needs a refresher/improvement on some skills, we can help you with a tune up. Horses that are here for tune-ups are ridden 6x a week. In addition to knocking the dust off, we can help with the work of seasoning an inexperienced horse by hauling to barrel races, rodeos, or ropings for an additional cost. Tune-ups include a stall, grain, and alfalfa/coastal hay in addition to riding.
Hauling to a race/rodeo with tuning at competition: $250
